The Lighthouse Gospelettes CD title song, "A Little Something Different" was nominated for the 2003 Makeastar Awards Contest.  The song made it to the finals in the contest.

Make A Star Artist Details

Every single artist or band that wins any of the MakeaStar.com contests will be offered a non-exclusive licensing deal by MakeaStar Records and a position on the quarterly “Best of Make A Star” CD compilation. Whether or not the artists choose to be on the compilation is up to them and as always, the artists keep full ownership of their music! In addition, other non-winning songs that our staff feel got away unnoticed will also receive a Licensing offer from MakeaStar Records.
