On March 20, the inaugural Holy Spirit Gospel Tour '04 makes a stop in Athens in hopes of uplifting the local community through song and praise. Beginning at 3 p.m., the three-hour concert will feature performances by gospel artists from across the U.S. and the local community. The tour's Athens stop is part of a 47-city U.S. gospel quartets tour. Scheduled performers include nationally known gospel artists Tommy Ellison & the Singing Stars, Damon Little & Nu Beginning and the The McDonald Sisters, as well as local performers The Lighthouse Gospelettes and BROTHA.
