Reaching Out With Gospel
Concert seeks to raise funds for charities

On Saturday, the University of Georgia's South Campus employees are hosting a free gospel concert at the Morton Theatre to benefit the Northeast Georgia Homeless Shelter, the Outreach Ministry at Timothy Baptist Church and The Healing Place. The Almost Home Gospel Concert will feature popular regional gospel and non-gospel acts like The Lighthouse Gospelettes, Johnathan Kilgore (of Timothy Baptist Church), Paula Threkhold and Heidi Hensley, who are coming together in hopes of raising funds for these charities that work to meet the needs of the area's less fortunate.
